Rewards Chain
What you need:
- 3 sheets of construction paper
- Stapler
- Scissors
To use: When your child completes a chore or uses their manners correctly, you can remove a chain link. After the entire chain has been disassembled, you can give them a predetermined reward. To make: Cut strips from the construction paper by cutting along the length of the paper. Approximate size of the strips should be one inch by ten inches. Loop the strips through each other and staple the strip into a circle.
Holiday Card Placemats
What you need:

- sturdy weight paper scissors
- glue
- laminate paper
To use: Instead of throwing your Christmas cards out this year make them into placemats. Fun to make, and fun for dinner time conversation. To make: Trim your cards down to leaving just pictures. Glue pictures to sturdy weight paper. Cover with laminate paper for protection.
