The Addams Family: A New Musical

Multiple performances available Sept. 17-19 & 24-26; see texrep.org for full schedule. Tex*Rep is at it again! In this fun twist on the classic TV show, Wednesday Addams has grown up and is ready to get married—to a normal man from a respectable family. Everything will change for the Addams family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

Book Tasting

Wake Village National Night Out

Oct. 5, 5-8:30 p.m., King Park. Bring the whole family to Wake Village’s King Park for games, live entertainment, door prizes, giveaways from local businesses, and more.

De Kalb Oktoberfest

Oct. 2. Enjoy the festival atmosphere in downtown De Kalb, Texas, where you’ll find vendors, games for kids, concessions, a variety show, a parade, and more. Learn more.

Pumpkin Palooza

Oct. 20, 5:30-7 p.m. at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. Kids will love the free tailgate-or-treat and hay ride. $1 tickets available for games and food. Plus, stop by the WMUMC Pumpkin Patch, open Oct. 11-31.

Legally Blonde Jr.

Presented by the Silvermoon Children’s Theatre, Legally Blonde Jr. follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams of becoming a lawyer. TRAHC’s First Friday

Expose your kids to the arts at TRAHC’s First Fridays held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Regional Arts Center on the first Friday of each month. Each First Friday will feature live entertainment and refreshments. Free for TRAHC members; $10 non-members.
