3rd Annual Wacha Family & Friends All-Sports Camp Returns
The Wacha Family & Friends All-Sports Camp is back for its third year, bringing an unforgettable day of learning, competition, and community impact to Pleasant Grove High School on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Open to students in 1st through 8th grade, the camp invites young athletes to experience high-energy skill sessions across five different sports: baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball. Each participant may select two sports to focus on during the camp.
Lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.
This year’s camp features instruction and inspiration from an impressive roster of local coaches, collegiate and high school athletes, and professional athletes, including MLB pitcher Michael Wacha and additional pro player guests. Campers will take home new skills, new friends, and memories that last well beyond the day.
Supporting Local Youth & Future Leaders
The Wacha Family & Friends All-Sports Camp proudly supports two important community initiatives:
- The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Center
- Scholarships for students attending Texas A&M University–Texarkana
Proceeds from the camp and evening events help expand opportunities for youth across Texarkana.

That evening, event sponsors are invited to a special Sponsor Appreciation Banquet, featuring:
