Recreational Gym

General Gymnastics – Ages 3 & up. We offer a variety of classes each day to fit your busy schedule. Beginner through intermediate classes are available for all ages. Each class covers all gymnastic apparatus including floor exercises, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, trampoline and tumbling track. Progress is based on our development program and each child is allowed to progress at their own pace.

Mom and Tot – Ages walking to 3yrs. Students in this class will learn coordination, balance, forward rolls. This class is designed to help toddlers develop their fine and gross motor skills.
Gym Attire

Gymnastics– Gymnastics classes wear leotards. Hair needs to be worn up & away from face at all time. NO jewelry, socks, shoes, shorts, T-shirts, or gum in gymnastics classes.

Cheerleading—Shorts & tight fitting tank; Light weight Tennis shoes; Hair up & away from face at all time. NO jewelry allowed.
Boys Program – Ages 3 & Up. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced boys classes. We have boys that are interested in serious competition and those that just like to do gymnastics. Gymnastics offers a good way to sharpen their coordination and motor skills for all sports.

Cheerleading & Tumbling – Ages 4 & up. These classes are offered to girls and boys to develop and strengthen their gymnastics and jumping skills. During tryout season we focus on preparing for the judges’ high expectations of cheerleading today. Motions, jumps, dance & tumbling skills are evaluated. Competition cheer teams are ages 4 & up.

Recreational Dance

We offer year round dance classes.

The classes are filled at enrollment time & are not easily filled if a student drops out in the middle of the year. We do not accept students on a trial basis. Each dance student is expected to continue through the year until the recital in June.

Students are placed according to training, age, ability & effort. I feel this guarantees the steady progress of

Cheer Elite All-Stars

Cheer Elite All-Stars (CEA) is our competition Cheer team.
We hold yearly placement clinics in April.
These teams compete January through April.

Also offering competition dance team.

Available for birthday parties!

Parties start at $200 for up to 15 kids and include gym time and a party room (as of 8/29/2022).
